Q. Intro is not playing, or a message is telling me to install Adobe® Flash Player®.A. Adobe® Flash Player® version 9 or higher is required to play intro. Download.

Q. Intro will not open. A. Check if JavaScript is enabled, if JavaScript is enabled and intro will not open, check your Pop-up Blocker, you may need to temporarily disable it.

Q. Website is not displaying properly. A. Website is designed to be viewed best with 1024 x 768 or higher screen resolution, JavaScript enabled, zoom set to 100%, and text size set to medium. If you are using an older browser, you may need to upgrade; for help, email.

Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6, 7, and 8: Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > scroll down to Scripting > check Enable under Active scripting > OK > Yes > OK. Firefox®: Tools > Options > Content > check Enable JavaScript > OK. Opera: Tools > Quick Preferences > Enable JavaScript.

Text Size:

Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7 and 8: Page > Text Size > Medium.

Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6: View > Text Size > Medium.

Firefox®: View > Text Size > Normal.

Zoom:

Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7 and 8: Page > Zoom > 100%.

Opera: View > Zoom > 100%.
